Chief Compliance Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Compliance Officer (Fractional) to lead its compliance department and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct compliance discovery and develop a multi-year compliance strategy

Oversee regulatory compliance, including telehealth governance and HIPAA adherence

Implement monitoring systems for billing and coding to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, with 5 years in a leadership role in Virtual Care / Telehealth

JD, Master's in Healthcare Administration (MHA), or equivalent advanced degree preferred

Certification with CHC or CHPC is ideal

Expertise in 50-state telehealth regulations and healthcare compliance laws

Ability to educate cross-functional teams on compliance requirements
