Home Health : Start of Care (SOC) / Admissions Registered Nurse (RN)

The role of the RN Start of Care (SOC) / Admissions Nurse is primarily responsible to plan, organize, direct home care services. Experience in nursing, with emphasis on community health education / experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Position : RN Start of Care (SOC) / Admissions Nurse for Home Health

Wage range : $88,000-$90,000 annually, depending on experience

Service Area : Multiple Cities in a Regional Assignment (plus mileage reimbursement of .70 cents per mile)

Schedule : Full-Time, 1.0 FTE / Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm (with a holiday rotation and NO WEEKENDS!)
