REQUIREMENTS

• CA- RN license in good standing
• 2 years of current acute care|hospital experience
• BLS|ACLS|NRP
• 2- Current references
• Current - Physical (within-12 months)
• Current - PPD (within- 12 months)
• Titers- MMR|Varicella|Hep B
• Tdap and Flu vaccine - current
• Respiratory Fit testing (within 12 months)
• Must be able to past a back ground screening
• Must be able to past urine drug testing
