Seeking a Director of Process Engineering with a passion for improving Fab processes for MACOM's 7x24 Lowell Fab. Role is responsible for the development and manufacturability of multiple compound semiconductor device lines. The candidate will have an advanced knowledge of compound semiconductor materials, theory, and fabrication integration techniques. This position will lead a very broad team of process module groups. Collaboration with Device / Integration engineering teams, quality, finance, operations, planning, contract manufacturers, customers, and sales. The candidate will organize and execute projects for the development of new device and process technologies, continuous improvement and sustaining existing processes. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Possess the ability to communicate clearly, accurately and directly, both verbally and in writing to executive management and customers. This is an on-site position reporting to the VP of Lowell Fab Operations
