A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to manage a dedicated portfolio of SMB customers and drive their success using the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with key customer stakeholders
Develop and execute Customer Success Plans and conduct regular Business Reviews
Monitor customer usage and engagement, ensuring successful renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven success in driving retention, renewals, and customer satisfaction
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
Experience with CRM platforms or customer communication tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
