As an LTAC RN, you play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care throughout the assessment, intervention, and evaluation stages. Collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team, you will develop and execute personalized care plans that ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Administering medications, managing chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines.
• Monitoring patient status, implementing care plans, and conducting thorough evaluations.
• Providing guidance and supervision to clinical support staff to ensure quality patient care.
