1. Take complete ownership of the Trinity Church website, ensuring accurate presentation, seamless functionality, and timely updates that reflect church life and upcoming events.
- Manage SEO/SEM performance across assigned content areas by recommending new pages, content refreshes, and metadata adjustments to drive growth.
- Develop, manage, and optimize multi-channel paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, and leading social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), including ad copywriting, keyword strategy, budget management, and bid optimization.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets and landing pages that drive engagement, conversions, and overall ROI.
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications to align strategies, campaigns, and messaging with Trinity Church’s overall vision and goals.
Required Skills
- 2-5 years of SEO experience with technical and content-related responsibilities
- Strong understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors
- Experience with GA4, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
- Proven ability to manage content calendars and performance logs

- Experience with Webflow

Work Schedule: Either Saturday-Wednesday, or Tuesday-Saturday
