Legal Assistant

Job Description

We are partnering with a family oriented law firm in Manchester, NH that values community involvement and a strong team culture. They are seeking a full-time Litigation Legal Assistant to support up to five attorneys across multiple practice areas, including litigation. Location : Manchester

Schedule : 8-5 Monday - Friday

Pay : 55,000-70,000 Depending on experience

Once Trained - 1 day a week remote

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, revise, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and forms
• Assemble closing binders and assist with document management
• Support billing processes and maintain accurate time and expense records
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and depositions
• Handle court and agency filings, including e-filing
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and maintain organized client and case files
• Perform general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned
