About The Position

💰 $332,800 + Bonus | Full-Time | 12-Hour Night Shifts 🌟

Join a respected hospital in Troy, NY as a Nocturnist , providing high-quality overnight patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment . This is perfect for physicians who value work-life balance and a physician-friendly schedule .

Position Highlights :

🌙 Shifts : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM), 7 on / 7 off schedule

👥 Average Night Census : 15–18 patients per physician

🩺 Support : Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) assist with coverage

❌ No ICU management required – closed ICU

🛑 No required procedures

🚨 Responsible for rapid responses and codes only

🤝 Collaborative, supportive hospitalist team

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $332,800 / year

Starting Bonus : Up to $40,000 (negotiable during interview)

Relocation Allowance : Based on distance moved

🎯 Candidate Requirements

✅ Board Certified / Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

✅ Active or eligible New York medical license

✅ DEA certification (or willingness to obtain)

✅ Clean malpractice and license history preferred

❌ Visa : J1 not accepted; H1B considered

📍 Local candidates within 30 miles not eligible
