Description

Work Schedule :

80% FTE days. You may be eligible for up to a $2400 sign-on bonus. You will work at 2275 Deming Way. This is a hybrid position. You will work in person a minimum of 3 days per week.

Pay :

  • The pay range listed reflects both titles and is based on a 1.0 FTE.
  • This position may be eligible for a $2400 sign-on bonus

Working as an independent healthcare provider youll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality cost-effective care to patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist or Clinical Psychologist to :

  • Evaluate patients presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses.
  • Collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes.
  • Coordinate patient care with primary care other specialty providers and families via written and verbal communication.
  • Provide psychotherapy utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice including specific and focused treatment protocols when appropriate.
  • Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment plan if necessary.

    • If Behavioral Health Therapist :

    Education :

  • Minimum Masters Degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology Marriage and Family Therapy or other behavioral health related field

    • Work Experience :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children adolescents or adults
  • Preferred 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children adolescents or adults

    • Licenses and Certifications :

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or
  • Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required or
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required and
  • Basic Life Support / CPR within 6 months Required

    • If Clinical Psychologist :

    Education :

  • Minimum Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or related field.

    • Work Experience :

  • Minimum One (1) year of postdoctoral supervised clinical experience Preferred

    • Licenses and Certifications :

  • Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Wisconsin
  • Basic Life Support / CPR within 6 months Required
