Job Description

• Manage and supervise production activities to ensure processes meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and troubleshoot production challenges.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all production operations.
• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Train and mentor production staff to enhance team performance and skills.
• Prepare reports on production metrics, performance, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the leadership team to align production goals with overall company objectives.
