Job Responsibilities :

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients under the guidance of providers. Your role encompasses assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care in various clinical settings.

• Deliver office-based nursing care in collaboration with physicians.
• Assess the physical and psychosocial needs of patients and their families; develop a comprehensive nursing care plan.
• Exercise independent nursing judgment and interventions based on assessments and identified problems.
• Triage calls and provide timely, professional nursing interventions.
• Support patients and families with empathy, respecting their privacy and confidentiality.
• Occasionally travel to other regional offices as needed.
