Shift: Monday-Friday 1pm-10pm CST or PT Monday- Friday 5pm-10pm CST
Pay: $16-$18/ hr. depending on experience
Key Responsibilities What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for inbound/outbound calls
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and resolutions
- Process customer payments (ACH, credit card, deposits)
- Maintain accurate records in our systems and databases
- Collaborate with internal teams to finalize paperwork and approve projects
- Use T-Mobile Dialpad to manage daily call flow
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What You Bring
- 1-3 years of phone-based customer service or administrative experience
- 1-3 years working in a professional office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Strong communication skills, a friendly and upbeat attitude, and the ability to multitask like a pro
