Job Overview

This role leads a team of software developers to build and maintain systems platforms and tools that support business operations. It manages the development and delivery of software solutions for internal and external business customers. The role involves creating technical strategies in collaboration with technology and product partners to align with organizational goals. Success is measured by timely delivery quality of software solutions and effective team management. The work impacts the organization by enabling efficient technology solutions that support business needs and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage and develop a software engineering team to deliver projects on time and within budget through coaching and performance management
• Drive improvements in development practices including team structure processes tooling security and compliance to enhance efficiency
• Oversee technical vendor relationships to influence product features and ensure alignment with technical requirements
• Recruit and onboard qualified team members to strengthen team capabilities and support project demands
• Also responsible for other duties / projects as assigned by business management as needed

Base Pay Range : $136600 - $246300

Corporate Bonus Target : 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and / or team performance.
