Role
The Sr. NOC Analyst will oversee the configuration, layout, and maintenance of the entire network. This person will also analyse, supply feedback, look for trends, and provide additional technical support to the Network Control Center. The Analyst will research and evaluate the network through our NMS tool and recommend needs where applicable. Interaction with our customer base to provide support, status updates, and direction for ongoing initiatives is also part of the role. The Analyst must be well versed with the administration of a heterogeneous network across multiple platforms and will work cross‑functionally with internal departments, external vendors, and the NOC team to coordinate corrective actions, resolve issues, provide documentation, and report metrics of performance within our deployed infrastructure.

Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or a related area is required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.

Working Conditions
This role falls into our hybrid work model : working in the assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and remotely for the remaining 40% (2 days per week). Rotational holiday coverage is expected.

Compensation
The pay range offered for this position is $37.07 - $50.96 per hour . A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities such as a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees may enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan. Employees will also receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
