Technical Skills : Comprehensive primary care, quality improvement, clinical leadership Soft Skills : Leadership, mentorship, collaboration, strategic thinking Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to providers and support staff. Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Lead quality improvement efforts and ensure clinical excellence. Collaborate with leadership on new projects and care initiatives. Support recruitment, development, and retention of clinical staff. Participate in continuing education and maintain board certification.
