Our client, a leading technology manufacturer, is looking for a Bilingual IT Specialist to join their team in Camarillo, CA . In this role, you will support daily IT operations, assist with cloud and network administration, troubleshoot systems and hardware, and provide technical support to end users across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cloud administration tasks, including managing Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, and SharePoint users and groups.
- Assist senior IT administrators with system updates, backups, troubleshooting, and server maintenance.
- Monitor server backups, endpoint security alerts, and helpdesk tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot devices such as printers, VOIP phones, and network switches.
- Set up workstations, mobile devices, VPN software, and provide remote IT support.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees, including user accounts and IT services.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and contribute to training resources.
- Troubleshoot and maintain legacy factory machine computers (Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000).
- Assist with IT projects, including rolling out new services and retiring outdated systems.
Requirements
Bilingual : English / Spanish.Basic knowledge of TCP / IP networking and troubleshooting.Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange, and Office 365.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 / 11, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.Solid understanding of computer hardware and ability to optimize performance.Strong communication skills to support both technical and non-technical users.Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and manage multiple tasks.Experience using AI tools such as CoPilot for troubleshooting and productivity is a plus.Pay & Schedule
Pay Rate : $26.00 – $31.00 per hourSchedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM
