High-Income Sales Opportunity - Roofing and Exterior Remodeling Sales Representative (Indianapolis, IN)
Uncapped Commission | Paid Training | Pre-Qualified Leads

Are you an ambitious sales professional looking to break into a recession-resistant industry with six-figure income potential? Kingdom Roofing Systems is hiring highly motivated individuals who want to earn top commissions in the home improvement and roofing sales industry. If you're driven to succeed, we'll provide the support, tools, and training to help you thrive.

About the Role:
We're seeking confident, coachable, and self-motivated sales representatives to join our high-performing team. Using a proven in-home sales process, you'll meet with qualified homeowners, identify their needs, and present roofing and exterior remodeling solutions. Your success is determined by your effort - the more you put in, the more you earn.

  • Uncapped earning potential - first-year reps routinely earn over $100,000

  • $600/week onboarding salary for up to 8 weeks during training

  • Base commission rate is 8% (8% base, +2% self-generated, +1% performance-based bonus)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with qualified homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments

  • Build rapport, identify needs, and present custom roofing and remodeling solutions

  • Generate at least $1M in revenue within your first 12 months

  • Achieve required sales metrics: demo rate, close rate, average job size, and net sales

  • Generate at least one self-sourced lead per week

  • Accurately scope projects and maintain required profit margins

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system

  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in the community

Schedule & Flexibility:

  • Full-time role with a flexible work schedule

  • Appointments scheduled a month in advance

  • Reps submit availability monthly

  • Minimum of 2 Saturday appointment slots per month required

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional sales experience required

  • Roofing, home improvement, or construction experience is a plus

  • Comfortable on ladders and rooftops

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Reliable, punctual, and self-disciplined

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use sales software

  • High energy, drive, and commitment to excellence

  • Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license
