Tessera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICS / EMCS / HVAC Controls Lead to oversee the operation maintenance and optimization of integrated control systems (ICS) energy management control systems (EMCS) and HVAC automation across USAFA facilities. This role ensures the reliability efficiency and compliance of mission-critical building systems through expert-level technical oversight coordination and mentorship.
