Job Summary : Under the general supervision of a Customer Service Manager, the Program Engagement Representative has the primary responsibility of making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to enroll and schedule members in the telephonic lifestyle management or clinical coaching. Additionally, Engagement Specialists will explain platform features and services available to members based on their employer-sponsored health program. Provides assistance to the program team members and performs clerical work as required. The position requires excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills, as well as the ability to build trust and credibility while working independently, exercising sound judgment and initiative.

Expectations during any given client interaction include :

• Offer the program to the member as well as answer any questions related to the enrollment
• Rebut any objections the member may have about participating
• Collect all necessary data to complete the enrollment
• Schedule the member for a coaching call
• Document the interaction in the appropriate systems
