Occupational Therapist - Summer Program

Location : Sudbury, Massachusetts

Pay Rate : Up to $60 / hour (negotiable with experience)

Schedule : 2-3 Days / Week | Full-Time or Part-Time Options

Contract : July 1 - August 16

Caseload : PreK-8th Grade

Position Overview

Phaxis Education is seeking a dedicated and flexible Occupational Therapist to join a supportive district team in Sudbury, MA for a summer session contract. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact while maintaining work-life balance over the summer.

Whether you're looking for part-time hours or open to a full-time summer role, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services aligned with IEP goals
  • Evaluate and support fine motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, and ADL skills
  • Adapt strategies and tools to support student participation across PreK-8
  • Collaborate with special education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation in accordance with district and IEP guidelines

What You Bring

  • Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license (required)
  • School-based or pediatric experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
