BCBA Clinical Supervisor

Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) - Milwaukee, WI

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (In-Clinic)

Compensation: Competitive Yearly base + Annual performance bonus (paid monthly)

Relocation allowance: available

Duties:

• Supervise and support behavior technicians in implementing ABA programs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Oversee progress monitoring and data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with families and provide caregiver training
• Maintain compliance with state licensure requirements and best practice standard

Qualifications

• Master's degree (required)
• BCBA certification and Wisconsin license (or willingness to obtain)
• At least 2 years of ABA experience supervising caseloads
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with individuals with autisms
