Service Advisor

INFINITI of Albuquerque is looking for a motivated customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. If youre passionate about delivering a premium customer experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment we want to hear from you.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual pay range: $40000 $90000 (based on experience and performance)

• 3 weeks of paid time off after 1 year

What Youll Do:

• Greet and assist service customers in a professional friendly manner

• Write up repair orders and clearly explain recommended services

• Act as a liaison between customers and technicians

• Provide accurate estimates and timelines

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction from start to finish

What Were Looking For:

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (automotive or dealership experience a plus)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to upsell services ethically and transparently

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

• Valid drivers license
