Has the emotional maturity, patience, and resilience to love children through their wounds and past disappointments Enjoys creating a peaceful, well-ordered, and joyful home life Embraces teamwork, community, and flexible living in a campus setting May or may not have prior experience—training is provided May have up to two dependent children of your own living with you Competitive salary Paid housing, food / groceries, and utilities in a private 2-bedroom on-campus apartment 100% employer-covered health and dental insurance A supportive team and family environment Time off : 10 days on / 4 days off rhythm for balance and restoration Full access to a beautiful 13.5-acre campus with gym, pavilions, green space, etc.

About the Role : Ministry Meets Family Life
As Houseparents , you’ll live in one of our on-campus cottages and serve as the daily caregivers, spiritual mentors, and family models for children who’ve experienced loss, hurt, or disruption. You’ll cultivate a loving, Christian home through structure, nurturing relationships, and Christ-centered discipleship.
This role is ideal for candidates—whether mid-career, recently retired, or seeking vocational ministry together—who desire to serve hand-in-hand and make a tangible, lifelong difference.
What You'll Do
You’ll create a rhythm of life that offers safety, healing, and growth for up to 8 children, ages 6–18. Your core responsibilities will include :
You’ll work in 10-day shifts, followed by 4 days off—with full support from relief houseparents during your time away.
