Description :

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a community hospital setting.

The position requires managing critically ill patients in the intensive care unit.

You will be responsible for the care of patients on ventilators, and those requiring continuous IV sedation.

Skills needed include arterial line management, central line care, and the interpretation of arterial blood gases.

You will assist with the management of complex medical situations, including multi-organ dysfunction.

The patient-to-nurse ratio is 2 : 1 during shifts.

Candidates should be prepared to float within the scope of their practice when necessary.

All candidates are required to have experience with the Epic charting system.
