Designer

A company is looking for a Designer to create packaging and retail designs while collaborating on campaign and brand creative.

Key Responsibilities

Execute packaging design and develop retail-ready creative aligned with partner specifications

Collaborate with the Creative Director in campaign ideation and translate concepts into execution-ready assets

Design digital assets for various channels and maintain organized design files and asset libraries

Required Qualifications

4-6 years of professional design experience, preferably in CPG or DTC with a strong packaging focus

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

Familiarity with 3D software for mockups is strongly preferred

Demonstrated experience in print production and retail display design

A portfolio showcasing successful packaging, retail, and campaign design work
