Job Title : Production Assembler

Job Description

Join our team in the assembly department where you will be responsible for putting together small electronic parts for a variety of units. You will work from work orders and use both hand and power tools to complete your tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small electronic parts in a manufacturing setting.
• Read and interpret work orders accurately.
• Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
• Ensure quality control through inspection and packaging.
• Operate machinery and manage production processes.

Work Environment

The work environment is climate-controlled, very clean, and well-organized. Employees are required to wear company-supplied smocks and ESD equipment. The position offers flexible shift options with the possibility to work during the first, second, or weekend shifts, ensuring a work-life balance. Shift hours vary with the first shift from 6am-4pm (Monday to Thursday), the second shift from 3 : 45pm-1 : 30am (Monday to Thursday), and the weekend shift from 6am-6pm (Friday to Sunday), where you work 36 hours and get paid for 36 hours.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00 / hr.
