We are a fast-paced manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Manufacturing Assistant / Purchasing Clerk to join our team and support both production and purchasing operations.
Responsibilities : Purchasing Support :
- Assist with placing and tracking purchase orders for raw materials, equipment, and supplies
- Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of critical materials
- Maintain purchasing records and update internal databases (ERP or inventory software)
Manufacturing Support :
Coordinate with production team to forecast material needs based on current ordersTrack work-in-progress materials and escalate shortages or delaysPrepare and distribute production documentation (e.g., job travelers, work orders)Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of materials usedQualifications :
Previous experience in manufacturing and / or purchasing (1-2 years preferred)Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks) a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsHow To Apply : Please send resumes to murrieta@partnerspersonnel.com
