Wireless Sales Associate (Entry Level)

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Sales Representative who is fluent in Spanish and English to provide excellent customer service, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales of mobile phones, plans, and accessories. • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with phones, plans, and accessories
• Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending the best solutions
• Promote and sell products while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, features, and promotions
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional store environment

• Fluent in Spanish and English – required
• Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and interest in sales
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must have valid authorization to work in the United States
