A company is looking for a Network Reliability Engineer to support and optimize a mature network environment for a large Government Agency.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Incident Response support by monitoring ticket systems and addressing network-related incidents
Manage and support the SolarWinds instance and interactive webpage dashboards
Participate in troubleshooting sessions and utilize network diagnostic tools to identify and resolve network issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience
5+ years of experience in monitoring and managing network equipment
Strong knowledge of SolarWinds and networking protocols (TCP / IP, HTTP / HTTPS, DNS)
Solid understanding of SNMP and network cybersecurity fundamentals
Basic understanding of Red Hat Enterprise Linux and scripting languages
