Key Responsibilities
Develop strong relationships with customers and guide them through a positive post-sales experience
Partner with sales on customer renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Monitor customer risk, champion their needs, and conduct regular executive business reviews
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in a SaaS cybersecurity company
2+ years managing a book of business with an average ARR of $170,000+
Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and industry trends
Strong data analysis skills to review customer metrics and measure KPIs
