Job Overview

Gecko Hospitality is seeking a driven, hands‑on Assistant Manager to help steer the people and day‑to‑day operations of a busy quick‑service restaurant in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll partner with the General Manager to cultivate a winning culture, coach a high‑performing team, and maintain the stellar guest experience our brand is known for. Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Oversee shift operations to keep service smooth and efficient.
  • Assist the GM with P&L controls, inventory, and cost management.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and food‑safety standards.

    • Team Leadership & Development

  • Help recruit, train, and motivate a high‑energy crew.
  • Foster a fun, performance‑driven work environment.
  • Lead by example to reinforce consistency, accountability, and excellence.

    • Guest Experience & Sales Growth

  • Ensure every guest receives outstanding service.
  • Execute sales‑building initiatives and local‑store marketing.
  • Identify process improvements that streamline operations and boost profitability.

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality.
  • Proven ability to lead in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
