Position Description
This position supports the day-to-day operations of our strategic Builder customers.
This position will ensure the execution of our daily operations with single-family builders nationwide. This support will include coordinating schedules for construction sites, managing follow-up tasks and ensuring execution, and communicating updates to internal teams and the customer. This position will also support analyses for improvement projects for builder operations.
Responsibilities :
1. Coordinate resolution of customer escalations;
2. Coordinate day-to-day tasks and follow-ups with customers;
3. Communicate updates internally and to customers;
4. Manage open items and drive cross-functional teams to issue resolution;
5. Analyze opportunities for improvement in daily operations;
6. Support other team needs as they arise.
