As a Customer Service Representative I youll be on the front lines supporting our merchants answering questions and resolving issues. You dont need to have payments experience yet well provide the training and tools you need to be successful. This is a great opportunity to start a career in fintech with plenty of room for growth as you gain experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Research and resolve issues related to merchant processing history transactions and account activity
- Assist merchants with terminal and gateway issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations
- Respond to and resolve merchant billing and invoicing questions with accuracy and professionalism
- Review and analyze merchant fee structures and pricing to identify discrepancies or opportunities for optimization
- Deliver exceptional service by answering merchant questions and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams (Risk Underwriting Sales etc.) to resolve merchant issues efficiently
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

This role includes quarterly profit-sharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical dental retirement planning and / or other benefits.
LOCATION : This role requires the employee to work onsite full-time at our Anaheim Hills location.
