OPEN POSITION :

  • Orthopedic Surgeon SCHEDULE :   - Part-Time - 8+ Shifts per Month - Flexible Schedule Options COMPENSATION : - Competitive / Generous Compensation Structure - Details Negotiable - Malpractice Insurance LOCATIONS : - Dallas, Texas - Odessa, Texas - Phoenix, Arizona - some travel required; details negotiable (see below) COMPANY PROFILE :   This private practice employs a team of orthopedic specialists who are dedicated to serving patients in multiple offices in Texas and Arizona.  They offer a wide range of services for a full scope of orthopedic conditions, with providers trained in neck and spine, hand and wrist, arm and elbow, shoulder, hip, leg, knee, and ankle and foot.  They are currently seeking a part-time orthopedic surgeon to assist with increased patient demand in multiple locations.

POSITION DESCRIPTION :

  • The new surgeon will see patients in established offices and surgery centers in the Dallas / Fort Worth area, West Texas, and Phoenix, Arizona.  Some travel (fully paid) is required and the practice will work with the new surgeon to determine a mutually-agreeable schedule.

    • Typical duties of the role include, but are not limited to :

  • perform surgical procedures in the treatment of injuries and related symptoms - consult with patients to determine appropriate courses of treatment - order and interpret diagnostic tests - obtain information on medical conditions to determine diagnosis - provide consultation and comprehensive management of patients - evaluate patients’ conditions and progress as necessary The exact job duties of the position are negotiable and will be collaboratively decided between the practice and the physician.   Surgeons are fully supported by dedicated clinical assistants and administrative staff in all settings.
  • This is a lucrative position and ideal for an orthopedic surgeon seeking supplemental income and a flexible schedule, with the ability to do some limited travel.

    • REQUIREMENTS :
