Job Description Responsibilities :
- Responsible for employee compliance to NOV policies and procedures such as but not limited to HSE and HR.
- Responsible for facility and employee compliance to the Tuboscope Threading Quality Manual requirements.
- Responsible to be the primary point of contact for licensing agencies / companies.
- Responsible to be the management representative for the quality system including all audits.
Facility Specific Responsibilities :
Training individuals for each position under Quality authority.Scheduling the quality resources to ensure that all customer requirements are met.Ensures that all inspection equipment is properly calibrated and calibration is documented.Schedules and conducts metrics and management review meetings.Tracks and trends non conformances and corrective actions.Performs follow-up evaluations for all QARs (corrective actions) in a timely manner.Ensures that all applicable requirements for document and records control and issuance are followed.Ensures that all applicable documents and inspection tools are available at points of use.Getting and closing Grant Prideco authorizations.Ensures all product is inspected per SOPVI-002, 003 and Grant Prideco requirements.Qualifications / Requirements : Experience with mechanical inspection equipment and techniques (Micrometers / Calipers etc.), Experience with CNC machines and Oilfield repair preferred but not required HS Diploma Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
