Located in Milwaukee's Theater District, Saint Kate serves as a creative hub for the city where art, hospitality, and community come together. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring every space reflects the care and creativity that define the Saint Kate experience.

What Will You Be Doing?

Supervise and support the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring rooms and public areas meet Saint Kate and Marcus Hotels & Resorts standards.

Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and quality presentation.

Assist with scheduling, training, and motivating housekeeping associates to achieve excellence and efficiency.

Maintain communication between the housekeeping, front office, and engineering departments to ensure timely room readiness.

Monitor supply inventories, linen usage, and equipment to ensure proper control and availability.

Support and participate in associate development and recognition programs.

Uphold all safety, sanitation, and security procedures while maintaining a positive, professional work environment.

Step in to assist with cleaning duties or special projects as needed to meet business demands.

What We Are Looking For :

Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience in hospitality required.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to inspire and support a team while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences.
