AI-Forward Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI-Forward Full Stack Engineer to join our team of passionate, driven developers. This is a role for a "practicing fan" of AI—someone who doesn't just use the technology but is excited by its potential to transform enterprise cloud applications.

In this role, you will drive innovation in one of our fastest-growing product lines, modernizing time-tested WinForms into modern web-based UIs and integrating AI into both our customer-facing features and our internal development practices.

Key Responsibilities

AI Integration : Utilize and expand AI capabilities within our product features and champion AI-driven internal practices to enhance team efficiency.

Software Development : Develop, test, and deploy complex software solutions that solve real-world challenges for our customers.

Modernization : Lead the architectural shift from legacy WinForms to modern, scalable web-based architectures.

Mentorship & Collaboration : Participate in peer programming, present technical concepts to the team, and mentor junior developers.

Continuous Improvement : Recommend technology and process solutions to enhance product performance and stay ahead of the curve through constant learning and cross-training.

Requirements & Qualifications

AI Proficiency : At least 1 year of active experience exploring and utilizing AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Cline, etc.).

Core Development : 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.

Backend Expertise : 5+ years of experience with C#.

Frontend Expertise : 5+ years of experience with Angular, React, or a similar modern web framework.

Database Knowledge : 5+ years of experience with RDBMS such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Postgres.

Foundational Knowledge : A degree in CS, Math, or Computer Engineering, or a demonstrated solid understanding of algorithms, design patterns, and data structures.

Communication : Strong independent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

Experience with RESTful API development and Microservices / Serverless architectures.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps environments.

Experience working in a Scrum / Agile environment with short sprints.
