A company is looking for a Director, Field Services to evaluate, develop, and manage strategies for the field services team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operations, growth, and retail sales at onsite clinics while managing topline revenue and client satisfaction
Build and lead a team of Field Managers and Optical Administrators to drive revenue and client satisfaction
Collaborate with sales and account management teams to enhance client relationships and promote vision center growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 6 years of management experience, including hiring and performance management
6 years of experience in an independent eye care practice or retail location as a business manager or consultant
Optical retail experience with multi-unit / multi-location stores
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
