Position Type: Full Time, Contract Duration: 6-12 months Location: Rochester, NY (On-site) As a Business Analyst, you will:/pulliProvides business analytics and reporting to functional areas or projects/programs./liliIdentifies and develops metrics by working with users and stakeholders to understand data visualization and reporting requirements./liliTranslates business results into meaningful metrics and recommendations aimed at improving performance./liliAnalyzes business processes and problems to formulate and develop recommendations to meet customer and/or internal project requirements./liliResponsible for performing financial and business performance analysis./liliDefines configuration specifications and business analysis requirements./liliMay partner with leaders to assess needs and define requirements./liliMay manage projects or processes with general supervision./liliCommunicates with contacts inside and outside of own department to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures./liliRecommends enhancements to systems and processes./liliWorks to achieve operational targets for specific programs and projects with moderate impact on departmental results./li/ulpThe ideal candidate will have:/pulliExperienced professional with proficient knowledge of job area and practical knowledge of project management./liliDemonstrated experience in extracting and compiling data from multiple sources to support reporting and analysis./liliExperience updating and maintaining records in enterprise systems such as JEDI, Agile, and EXPO./liliProficient in using PowerBI dashboards to analyze data trends and generate actionable business insights./li/ulpPay Range*: $35-$40 per hour.
