A company is looking for a Director, Insurance Product.

Key Responsibilities

Own the strategic direction and execution of product strategy for multiple personal lines across a multi-state portfolio

Translate pricing, product, and underwriting strategies into regulatory-ready documentation and lead collaboration with cross-functional teams

Oversee performance tracking of assigned states and provide cross-functional leadership for key product initiatives

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Personal Lines Product Management across auto and homeowners

Deep understanding of product pricing, underwriting, and regulatory environments

Proven ability to lead teams and develop high-performing product managers

Strong cross-functional leadership skills, especially in collaboration with actuarial, engineering, and compliance teams

Demonstrated success in driving transformation and defining long-term strategic roadmaps
