Needle Bending Operator

Location: Southington, CT
Shift: 1st Shift — 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour

Essential Job Functions

• Operate various equipment used in the needle‑bending process

• Visually inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards

• Complete required daily documentation accurately and on time

• Maintain good housekeeping and keep the workstation clean and organized

• Follow all safety and employee policies; report any concerns to management

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when required to meet customer demand

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow established procedures

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience

• Experience using small hand tools

Physical Requirements

This position is performed in a manufacturing environment. The employee must be able to:

• Remain in a stationary position—sitting or standing—for extended periods

• Perform repetitive motions such as bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, and pulling

• Lift up to 40 lbs. with assistance

• Work in a noisy environment and communicate effectively with others

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
