A company is looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to drive process optimization across Claims and Configuration operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise and department-level process improvement initiatives from intake through sustainment, with accountability for outcomes
Facilitate current-state and future-state process mapping, identifying variation, waste, risk, and control gaps
Apply data-driven analysis to identify root causes, quantify impact, and prioritize improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
4+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement experience within the healthcare industry preferred
Previous working knowledge of process mapping and design, statistical applications, and project management software
LEAN / Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred; Black Belt or PMP preferred
