Body Imaging Radiology

The Department of Radiology at Northwell Health is growing and actively seeking BC/BE Body Imaging Radiologists to join our team across our diverse network of facilities, IN-PERSON, HYBRID, and REMOTE including:

• Manhattan (Lenox Hill Hospital)
• Long Island (multiple locations in Nassau & Suffolk County)
• Westchester County (Northern Westchester Hospital)

With close to 250 radiologists, Northwell Health Radiology offers the opportunity to work in a large, subspecialized radiology department and access to a diverse case mix across inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as opportunities to participate in multidisciplinary conferences and support resident education.
The Opportunity: As a Body Imaging Radiologist at Northwell Health, you will join our robust 60+ team of physicians interpreting examinations annually supported by modern imaging infrastructure and an extensive referral base. Clinical responsibilities are tailored to training and site with the opportunity to emphasize cross-sectional imaging and perform a broad range of procedures, including:

• Advanced cross-sectional imaging (CT, MRI) of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis.
• Comprehensive ultrasound diagnostics.
• Diagnostic fluoroscopic procedures.
• Image-guided biopsies and fluid drainages (CT and ultrasound).

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC) in Body Imaging.
• Completion of Body Imaging Fellowship.
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in New York and Connecticut.
