LPN-Home Care Services (Non-Exempt)

Responsible for providing skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Mustassess, plan, implement and evaluate patients needs and care. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with ourmission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Position Details :

Normal caseload : 5-6 patients per day

Main coverage will be a 50-mile radius. Weekend call schedule : twice a month.

Monday-Friday Schedule, 8am-4 : 30pm

Qualifications :

• Required Education : Current LPN license in the state of Arkansas.
• License : current LPN license in the state of Arkansas. Current valid driver's license
• Experience : One year nursing experience required.
• Certifications : Basic Life Support CPR certification through the American Heart Association
