We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representatives that will provide support to daily operations, including DME technicians. As a Customer Service Representative and data entry processor your job will require the following:

• Process and type intake orders
• Bill DME/pharmacy items to clients
• Answer phone calls regarding delivery, pick up or service calls
• Prepare and route maps for drivers
• Follow up with patients about scheduling deliveries
• Coordinate with pharmacy department about deliveries.
