Position Overview :
We are on the lookout for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Closer to become a valuable member of our sales team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to transform pre-qualified leads into happy students through engaging and personalized consultations. Plus, your hard work will be recognized with a performance-based bonus compensation structure.
Location :
This position is a fully remote, contract-based role, and we invite candidates from El Salvador to submit their applications.
Responsibilities :
Connect with potential clients through phone and online communications to understand their educational needs and recommend the best course options.
Apply consultative selling techniques to comprehend client goals and customize solutions that fit our offerings.
Keep a well-organized pipeline of leads and efficiently track your sales progress using our CRM system.
Surpass monthly sales targets while positively impacting the overall success of the sales team.
