A company is looking for a Client Advocacy Specialist who enjoys customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing customer contact and support to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Coordinate customized mailings and assist with scanning / shipping tasks as needed
Conduct bankruptcy and patriot searches, and assist the Scheduling Team with closing appointments
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service focus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with computers, including online searching and typing
