Job Description

As a registered nurse - call center triage (RN), also called a telephone triage nurse or a call center nurse, you'll evaluate patients and provide advice over the phone. Working at a call center or remotely from home, you'll speak with patients, triage them according to their health issues, refer them to the appropriate facility or provide at-home treatment advice. You'll also gather information and prepare patients for visits. You'll play an essential role in educating patients, providing moral support and getting them the care they need.
