Substitute Teacher

We are seeking several Building and Day to Day Substitute Teachers in and around Newton, MA school year 2025/2026.

COMPENSATION
* Building Long Term Sub Teachers: $175/ day
* Day to Day Sub Teacher pay rate $140.36/ day

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
* In the absence of the classroom teacher, provide instruction and manage the learning environment.
* Review and implement regular teacher's routines, procedures, lesson plans, and curriculum objectives
* Establish and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
* Report any student injuries, illness, and serious discipline problems to school administration
* Perform other duties as directed by school administration
* Perform full teacher's responsibility and run classroom
* Looking for staff that has experience in any of the schools ranging from Elementary/Middle school and high school.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience working with children in a classroom setting. If you also have experience working with Special Education please apply as well. Experience as a teacher or daily sub.
